2026 Outside Members Annual Application Information
Dear Friends,
As we look ahead to the 2026 pool season, we're excited to announce that applications for Outside Annual Pass Holder memberships are now open!
Due to high demand for this membership option in 2025, we have transitioned to an application-based process. This allows us to thoughtfully manage capacity while ensuring a quality experience for all members.
Timeline & Process:
- The MCRA Board of Directors will review all applications and notify applicants of their status by the end of 2025
- Approved applicants will receive an invoice and must submit payment promptly to secure their membership
- If payment is not received by the date on the invoice, we will extend the opportunity to the next applicant on our list
- Payments can be accepted by Venmo (MCRA-Acct - please send as a friend and include your address) or check as noted in our FAQ.
Membership Details:
- Cost: $900 for the 2026 calendar year
- Application Status: Currently accepting applications
- Eligibility: Households residing outside the MCRA Community
